The next step is to set Signalyze's overall program memory in the Finder's Get Info window for Signalyze.

1. Quit Signalyze, if it is running. (You can't change any program's overall memory settings while it is running.)

2. Open the Finder's Get Info window:

• Find Signalyze's icon or button in the Finder.
• Click once on it to highlight it (if a button, click on the name, not the button itself).
• Open the Get Info window (type command-i, or select Get Info from the File menu)

3. Set the Minimum Size, and then the Preferred Size.

• Systems 8, 9, X: first select Memory from the Show menu.
• The Minimum Size must be less than the Preferred Size, or the Finder will complain.

4. Close the Get Info window so the changes are recorded by the Finder.

5. Restart Signalyze.
